They say don’t believe a boy when he says he won’t leave you, because the next minute you’ll only see his figure walking away and your left with the scent of him surrounding you. They say don’t believe him when he says he could never hurt you, because when he says goodbye your ribs will close around your chest so tightly it will hurt to breath and sometimes you think it might be easier not to. But he doesn’t say a word, he looks at me like leaving isn’t in his vocabulary. He covers my hands in his kisses each of my fingers like protecting me is what he was made for. His dark brown eyes burn and love escapes when he breathes. So I believe him. And if it winds up to be my downfall, if this trap surrounds me and crushes me entirely, I will lay and remember everything we were.
My two a.m. Thoughts

So much sadness in her eyes.
I watch a documentary about her a few weeks ago. It was about notes from her diary and about her life. She was such an incredibly smart women. She hated the dumb blonde she always played in movies but they were the only movies she was getting offered at the time. The men in the industry didn’t take her seriously. The documentary made me cry. So many people are quick to call her “stupid” or “slut” but these are people that no NOTHING about her or her story.
